1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (excluding defective)


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product to its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:

a) Fill in the attached return form.

b) Place the product you wish to return in safe packaging, as a prerequisite is that the returned product is in the condition in which you received it, ie it has not been damaged or damaged.

c) Send an e-mail with your name, order number and the date you received the product, to returns@amigashop.gr, explicitly stating that you withdraw from the transaction and return the product.

We need 3-5 working days from the receipt of the products to process the return to process the returned products. Once the product review is completed, you will receive a relevant informative email.

After receiving this e-mail we will need 5-10 working days for your refund. This time frame is dictated by the bank.


d) For Returns within Greece:

 Call the branch of the courier company "Elta Courier" that serves you, in order for the parcel to be delivered to our service address, at 36 Kerkyras Street, Kalochori, PC 57009 Thessaloniki, Greece.

AMIGASHOP assumes the costs of (first) return of your order, provided of course you choose the courier company in question with which we work (otherwise you will be charged exclusively with the return costs).

In case of refund within the same order, the costs are borne exclusively by you and their amount depends on the carrier you choose, the weight of the parcel, the place of shipment and other factors (except in the case of defective products, such as you will see below in paragraph 2).


 2. RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


Our products are famous for their excellent quality. However, if the product you received is defective or the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you should follow these steps:

a) Fill in the attached return form (with as many details as possible).

b) Place the product you wish to return in secure packaging.

c) Contact electronically the customer service department at e-mail returns@amigashop.gr.

Let us inform you that in this case (defective product) you are not charged with shipping costs.

     3. MONEY RETURN PROCEDURE

The refund will be made with the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded to the account you stated on the return form.

Payment by Credit / Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card or your Paypal account.


     4. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

In case instead of a refund you wish to replace the product (eg defect, product failure), you can request it either via the email you will send us (as mentioned above). In this case, you must tell us which product you wish to replace.

In case your order was not executed and left from our main warehouse and if you want to replace the items you have received, you must first refund the item or items you return and then re-order with the new items you want without shipping costs, if the value of the order is more than 30 €. In this case, you must tell us which product you wish to replace.
